PAP-Rapid Action Profits Review

The Rapid Action Script Reviewed
By Sid Hale
Review by Jahn A.

I've always been a big fan of automation scripts, scripts that will not only simplify the multi processes of selling a digital product but also inexpensive, easy to install and use.

The idea or the concept of the $7 Dollar script drills down into me:

It's one time set up and forget
Affiliate paid automatically so you do not have to worry about logging into each product admin panel to pay your affiliates
Your affiliates will feel highly motivated to market your products because they get paid instantly to their PayPal accounts (The Viral Effect)
And above all it's only $7 and no working automation script has even beat that yet.
But unfortunately it does have some flaws that I wouldn't mention in this review as it has to do with some security issues, that is fixed in Sid Hale's script: Rapid Action Script.

And according to Sid:

"The Rapid Action Profits (RAP) System is a FULL REPLACEMENT for Jon Leger's 7 Dollar Scripts. It contains all of the features that were planned for v.2.7 of $7Script, and much more.

MySQL database for better security
Online Configuration of Settings via Admin Panel
Online Sales Stats via Admin Panel
Broadcast Mail to Customers via Admin Panel
Broadcast Mail to Affiliates via Admin Panel
Single Admin Panel for multiple products
Expanded templates
Split Testing of Rotating Sales Page Templates
Support for Limited Quantity and Automatic "Sold Out"
Automatic Opt-in interface to Aweber
Squeeze Page optional
Paypal Sandbox Test Mode
and even more..."
Being a previous $7 user himself, I guess Sid does know what he's talking about so I decided to purchase his rendition of the script and see for myself....

If I wouldn't know better, from the structure of the folders, templates and filenames, it does bare a lot of resemblance to the $7 dollar script but with even more bite.

Immediately after purchasing it I tried to install it and I was VERY surprised it took lesser time than I have expected. The properly organized folders and files beats the $7 Dollars installation to the ground.

Then after successfully installing it on my web host, I quickly log into the admin Panel to see the big deal....and SOME controls do look like the ones from the $7 Dollar Script's admin panel...(I guess Sid must have been awesomely inspired by the former script) :), I would buy Sid a drink anytime as it has 10 ADDITIONAL features that the $7 script don't.

See image below (New Features Highlighted):

Here's a screenshot of the original $7 Dollar Script:

And you can see instantly the differences in Rapid Action Profits Script by Sid Hale:

The Add New Product feature allows you to add multiple products as opposed to the $7 Dollar Script. According to the manual, you would have to FTP the script into a separate folder....personally, I would prefer to have the script installed once and have the pages generated automatically for each product. Maybe a redirect using .htaccess can do this, but well...that's just me and it's really no biggie to just upload the script into another folder.

Next is the email feature. In the $7 Dollar script, you can only email affiliates but in Rapid Action Script, you can email 3 different groups:

customers,
partners and
affiliates.
There's also another feature that can import data from your $7 Dollar scripts. How cool is that??

Ok. Next I ventured into adding a new product and I was kind of expecting a plethora of features compared to 7DS and I was right.

The JV feature lets me to invite special affiliates and provide them with a better incentive to sign up and promote my products.

I can set a JV code so that only those invited personally will ever be able to benefit from this.

..and the Aweber integration feature allows you to capture leads automatically.

Unlike using the $7 Dollar script where you'd have to go the manual method where your customers will have to sign up through an opt in form before getting to the downloads....(this caused a big frown on my customers and not to mention PayPal that limited my account) Rapid Action Script allows you to set up an autoresponder that automatically captures customers email, relaying it to Aweber without any double-DOUBLE opt-in...so kudos to Sid for setting this up to in his script.

I have received email earlier on how this script compares to the $7 Dollar Script By Jon Leger and The Butterfly Marketing Script by Mike Filsaime (yes I do have a copy of that and have tested it before too), and while I can say that it's a lot more better than 7DS, I'll save my opinion of comparing it to BFM or JVM because doing so is like comparing Star Wars to Jurassic Park:- Both great movies but in different era and appeals to different genres.

Bottomline is: If you would like to grab a script that works and wouldn't burn your pocket, then Rapid Action Profits (RAP) will be the way to go. It's simplicity in installing and operating makes $47 a worthwhile investment!

Till then,

--Jahn A.

P.S. Btw I am off now importing my 7DS info into my new installation. ;)
